Overview Of Role

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and initiatives within the organization. This role ensures that all programs align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes.

Working closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders, the Program Manager provides strategic direction, monitors progress, and manages risks to ensure successful program outcomes. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive efficiency in complex environments.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate and support multiple project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Monitor program performance, track progress, and provide regular status updates to senior management.

  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.

  • Implement program management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying insights to future initiatives.

Qualification

MBA is preferred

Experience

Must have atleast 3 years of experience in the relevent field.
